Gerald “G” Bridgers is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and senior federal executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, personal property, and workforce development. He currently serves as Deputy Director, Headquarters Air Force Personal Property Activity (HQ AF PPA) in San Antonio, Texas, supporting the strategic direction and execution of personal property programs serving military members, civilians, and their families.
G is also the Founder of Bridging Passions LLC, a leadership and professional development firm dedicated to developing stronger, more accountable leaders. Through the Leadership Elevation Framework™, he helps individuals and organizations strengthen communication, leadership effectiveness, accountability, and organizational performance.
He holds graduate degrees in Management and Leadership and Information Systems Management and is a WABC Registered Corporate Coach.
